About the Company This leading real estate company is one of the UK\'s largest private owners of retail, commercial and industrial property, with a portfolio of more than 25 million square feet of real estate across the UK. The company has a diverse interests, with a focus in recent years on acquiring real estate in ares of regeneration. The Opportunity The company has an opportunity for a real estate lawyer on a part-time basis. In this role, you will have responsibility for managing your own portfolio, including landlord and tenant, estate management and development work. About You A strong commercial real estate background is essential. Excellent drafting and negotiating skills are also essential with asset management experience being key. This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate lawyer to join a market leader in a sought-after in-house position. The company has a preference for people to be in the office the majority of the week and the role is being offered ideally on a 4 day a week basis.
