Real Estate Branch Manager

What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing day-to-day branch operations across

sales, lettings, and property investment

Leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing team Developing strategies to grow revenue, boost market share, and deliver outstanding client service Building and nurturing a portfolio of landlords, buyers, and investors Ensuring compliance with

UK property laws

and internal policies Acting as the primary liaison with stakeholders including vendors, tenants, and partners Supporting marketing campaigns, property listings, and open houses

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a

leadership role within the property sector

Strong background in

property investment, residential/commercial sales, and lettings

Excellent leadership, organisational, and people-management skills Sound knowledge of

UK property law

, AML, and compliance procedures Commercially driven with the ability to hit KPIs and scale operations Proficiency with CRM/property software and Microsoft Office Relevant industry qualifications (ARLA, NAEA) - desirable but not essential
