We are seeking a motivated, open-minded and detail-oriented Office Assistant with solid property / letting experience to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in a real estate office environment while contributing to the smooth operation of our administrative functions. The Office Assistant will support various clerical and organisational tasks, ensuring that the office runs efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. A high level of confidentiality is necessary.
Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Providing Clients with detailed service, program or product information
Provide clerical support to senior staff as required, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Help with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
Advertising on social media platforms as FB, TikTok and Instagram (experience required).
Preparing investment offers, organizing and conducting investors meetings in Birmingham and London branches (cost of travel and hotel covered).
Qualifications
Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with administrative procedures and office management.
Competent in using MS word, excel and power point for various office tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette (no strong accent, fluent English is required).
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong creativity.
