Our client is a Legal500 firm who have an outstanding reputation. This opportunity will be based in their Glasgow office where their well-regarded Real Estate team seeks an additional real estate paralegal.

Offering real career progression prospects and a friendly working environment, you will play a key role and will be involved in working closely with the fee earners in a fast paced team.

Working both independently and as part of the team, you will manage a wide variety of transactions which will include, all aspects of plot sales for residential developers, drafting legal documents, dealing with correspondence between solicitors, lender and clients and the preparation of client fee notes, registration forms, undertaking searches and processing Land Registry fees. You may also be required to provide support to the Residential Real Estate team in Glasgow when required.

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 5 years of experience gained within a in a similar position or in-house with a residential house builder. Along with a positive "can-do" attitude, drive, energy and enthusiasm to the team.
