Backed by decades of experience and an unrivalled understanding of the national and international landscape our real estate team have a lot to offer our clients. The team provide invaluable advice regarding the complex and interlocking regulations that control the real estate industry. We already have a strong transatlantic presence, and this has recently deepened through our combination with US firm Lewis Roca which has opened up even more opportunities for our real estate teams.



We're expanding and looking for a new Partner to complement our already successful and well-known Leeds real estate practice. If your expertise lies in advising developers, investment, asset management, strategic land, disposals, acquisitions, landlord and tenant, energy, or real estate finance we'd be very interested in hearing from you.



Our recently refurbished Leeds office offers state of the art facilities and panoramic views of Leeds.


What are the requirements?



Within this sector we are seeing significant growth. We have an impressive list of major clients and panel appointments. You'll be joining a national high-profile team with the best exposure to high value work.



We're looking for a partner with a credible track record in this sector, capable of delivering growth and increasing our national profile. You'll also be expected to support and drive the wider strategic vision of growth for Womble Bond Dickinson. As well as driving our business forward, you'll have an equally important role to play in the development of our people, coaching and mentoring and taking responsibility for their career development.

To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum:


To be a qualified solicitor with 8+ year's post admission experience. A high level of knowledge of the UK real estate sector and experience of building and sustaining a practice in this sector. The ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of revenue prioritisation. Team management experience with evidence of effective coaching. The ability to actively seek out opportunities for innovation and create process improvements. A role model with a commercial mind-set who can demonstrate efficiency. An external profile as a leader in this field. You understand how the provision of legal services should be delivered at a top 100 UK law firm.
