Real Estate Solicitor 3+ - BristolOutstanding real estate team are looking to hire a real estate solicitor to join their diverse real estate team. Working across sectors, this real estate team are known for their work globally for international funds, private equity houses and individual investors.This large real estate team consists of many highly regarded partners, who you will be working closely with and learning from. You'll be joining a Top 20 firm who have an impressive range of rankings and awards!The successful real estate solicitor will be working on a range of work to include; commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, property finance, insolvency, corporate occupier, projects, development, acquisition, asset management, mortgage securitisation and renewables work.You will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 3 years' PQE in real estate, ideally gained at a leading practice.
