The Role

As a Real Estate Solicitor within this fantastic firm in Leeds you will manage a caseload of high quality transport real estate matters.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of transport projects, working for major public sector clients.

Alongside transport real estate matters you will also be involved in a variety of development transactions.

You will gain excellent exposure to high quality clients including rail and bus reform, developers and investors incorporating transport hubs.

You will be encouraged from an early stage to build long lasting relationships with clients therefore an eagerness relating to business development would be an advantage.

The Candidate

To be considered for this excellent Real Estate Solicitor opportunity in Leeds you will ideally have gained 3 years\' PQE within a real estate team either at a regional, national or international law firm.

You will have excellent communication skills and have a strong degree of commercial awareness, and be enthusiastic and keen to join a competitive and hard working environment in Leeds.
