A well educated and commercially minded Real Estate Solicitor is wanted for a varied and challenging role with a busy, central London SME law firm. Salary upwards of \xc2\xa375,000.

The ideal candidate will have Regional, West End or Small Commercial environment, and demonstrate strong in depth knowledge across all facets of Real Estate work including acquisitions and disposals, corporate occupier, development and finance. Local knowledge is an advantage but regional relocates with some sizeable deals under their belts are encouraged to apply. Salary is upwards of \xc2\xa375,000 and the firm operates an agile working structure.

The successful candidate will join a busy, friendly and supportive department, delivering a high quality service, to a blue chip client base. The day to day will vary across transactional, corporate occupier, development and finance. Expect lots of autonomy managing matters that may stretch your skill set and know how, and the opportunity to assist and build out know how on projects to \xc2\xa350m in value. in short, a real City of London vibe, acquisitions, disposals, corporate occupier and general landlord and tenant, real estate finance that will often be driven by deadlines and commercial realities.

The successful candidate will have acquired upwards of 2 years post qualification experience to senior level in a good firm with a decent reputation in the small to mid-sized deal market.

Strong academics are essential, so 2:1 from a good university and high achievement at A level. In addition, you should be able to demonstrate a passion and aptitude for Real Estate, be good with and around people and be prepared to stretch your day on the odd occasion the deal needs to get over the line.
