Within this Real Estate Solicitor role, you will be joining a fast-growing team that works regionally and nationally on matters including:
- Development
- Regeneration projects
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Aset management
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Investment work
- Corporate real estate
- Due diligence
The successful candidate will ideally have 0-2 years PQE within Commercial Property, has fantastic client care and organisational skills and is looking to embed themselves in a friendly and hard-working team. If you are at an NQ level, you will have either completed at least 6 months at a Paralegal level or have completed a seat during your Training Contract.
