We require a full-time Solicitor with NQ to 2 years PQE to join our dynamic Commercial Real Estate department assisting the team with a range of transactions and administration tasks across a variety of sectors including portfolios, landlord and tenant work, investment transactional work, real estate development and general commercial property work.
Sintons Real Estate team is ranked tier one in Legal 500 2026 edition. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate at the level being sought for this position to work with and gain valuable experience and career development opportunities from a team of experts in our field.
We would be interested to speak to individuals who have experience of working in a Real Estate department, either as a newly qualified solicitor or trainee/apprentice.
The successful candidate will support the business in a number of key areas including:
Landlord and tenant estate management work, acting predominantly for commercial landlords with significant portfolios, shopping centers and other assets;
Investment acquisitions and disposals, including acting for sophisticated investors in single or multi property deals; and
Working closely with Partners and other senior lawyers on major project work involving restructuring, residential and commercial development deals and other key complex transactional work.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated enthusiastic individual with exceptional organisation and IT skills. The ability to prioritise, follow instructions and work quickly and accurately, often within tight deadlines is essential. As a key member of the team the candidate will be a pro-active thinker and problem solver with a willingness to contribute to the team and its success. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to deal with a broad range of clients, and provide the highest standard of client care and attention to detail.
