Are you a Newly Qualified Solicitor (up to 2 years' PQE) looking to build your career in commercial property? This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Real Estate team in Aberdeen, working on a wide range of quality and complex property matters.
As part of this busy and collaborative team, you'll gain exposure to a variety of commercial real estate work, including:
- Residential and commercial development projects
- Investment and commercial property acquisitions and sales
- Real estate finance transactions
- Commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants
- You'll be supported by experienced colleagues while developing your own expertise and client relationships in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
- A qualified solicitor (NQ - 2 years' PQE) with some prior experience in property work
- An excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Organised, with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple matters
- A team player who takes initiative, embraces learning, and is keen to build lasting client relationships
- Early responsibility and client contact
- Ongoing training and CPD support to strengthen your technical skills
