Register new patients following practice policy (forms are filled in fully and correctly) File medical records.



To ensure that the waiting rooms and consulting rooms are re-stocked with prescriptions and made tidy every morning and every evening. To attend all staff training sessions, as required, and to develop new skills to cover absences of colleagues throughout the year. To maintain an efficient filing system. Staff working in the evening, to make sure that the premises are fully vacated by patients via checking public areas.



Ensuring that the premises are securely locked including windows and to turn on the security system if last person to leave the premises. Confidentiality Respect patients confidentiality and act appropriately Ensure information about staff, doctors and other healthcare workers is regarded as strictly confidential Ensure all rules relating to data protection are complied with.
