Contract: Fixed Term (31.08.2026), Part-Time 21.25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
Salary: USP Grade 3, SP 4-6. (FTE: 25,185- 25,989 / Actual: 11,817 - 12,194)
Start Date: 05.01.2026.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and adaptable individual to join our team as a Reception and Administrative Assistant. This is a key role in ensuring our school provides an outstanding reception and administrative service to families, visitors, and staff.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a reception role is desirable.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly.
A friendly and professional approach to all interactions.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the school.
Assisting with the maintenance of pupil records.
Providing administrative support for attendance and website updates.
Administering First Aid when required.
