We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Reception, Administration & Marketing Assistant to join our team from February 2026. This is a varied front-of-house and office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while also supporting administrative and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the reception desk and providing a welcoming first point of contact for members and visitors
- Handling customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email
- General administrative duties including data entry, filing and record management
- Supporting club communications, including newsletters and member updates
- Maintaining and updating the club website
- Assisting with social media content and scheduling posts
- Supporting marketing and promotional activities as required
About You
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using computers and standard office software
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within the sports or children's sector, is preferable
- Experience in marketing, communications or social media is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
