You will need to possess exceptional communication skills as well as be responsible for greeting our guests and ensuring their arrival experience is smooth and effectively managed. Ideal Candidate



You will have a proven track record as a Reception Supervisor and Duty Manager within a hotel environment. Can inspire and motivate a team. Highly motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions. Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Financial systems) and numeracy. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experienced user of Opera, Opera Sales and Catering, and Microsoft Office preferred. A positive and engaging demeanour with the ability to drive and motivate teams. Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs.
