Member Experience Manager

to join our Health Wellness team.



The on target earning potential for this role is 35,500 / per annum - comprising a base salary of 30,500, plus a qualified estimate of 5,000 in gratuities and service charge.As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards

Lead and warmly manage the Wellness welcome, ensuring every guest who enters our areas feels instantly valued and cared for Take the lead in curating and organizing exceptional member events, creating a thoughtfully planned annual calendar and communicating updates through engaging quarterly emails Proactively liaise with key membership stakeholders to ensure that both new and existing members enjoy a seamless, effortless, and personalized journey Consistently connect with and attentively engage with our members, ensuring we fully understand their needs and deliver a truly luxurious experience Diligently conduct regular walk-rounds with stakeholders to maintain an immaculate, welcoming, and beautifully maintained Health Club Regularly check in with and provide meaningful performance reviews for your team, fostering growth and development Inspire, uplift, and motivate the team daily, driving exceptional standards while addressing underperformance with care and encouragement Deliver comprehensive and welcoming training to new team members, ensuring they feel confident and supported in their roles Take full ownership of Health Safety during your shift, ensuring strict compliance and the utmost well-being of guests and team members Conduct attentive and thorough walk-rounds of all areas, including the Health Club, Lawn Games, The Den, and Little Glen, ensuring a flawless experience for all Confidently step into Host duties as needed, providing warm and engaging service to guests Genuinely engage and build strong connections with members and guests, fostering a sense of community and belonging Enthusiastically support the Host team during peak periods, ensuring a smooth, elevated, and memorable guest journey Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

The kind of person we're looking for:




Have experience working in either a luxury membership or high-volume Health Club environment, and ideally both You will be highly structured and exceptionally well-organised, always ensuring efficiency and seamless operations Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand You have a positive "can do" attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way

About gratuities service charge:



Gratuities (tips) and service charge (an additional charge added to our room rates and services across the estate that is passed directly to our employees) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role It is estimated that in 2025, our full-time employees can expect to receive around 5,000 in addition to their annual salary
