Job title: Care Navigator

Rate of pay: 12.23 to increase after 6month probation

Location: Clarendon Street, Leamington Spa, CV32 5SS

Hours: 20.5hours (Monday 7.45-1pm, Tues 1-6.30pm & Friday 7.45-6.30pm, with availability for overtime.)

As a Care Navigator, you will join our busy reception team taking calls, supporting our patients with completing online booking form, booking in patients and providing excellent admin support so that our patients receive the best and most appropriate care.

Care Navigators are the first point of contact for our patients, so you must be helpful, friendly and organised as you collect information to direct them to the most appropriate clinician.

This varied role can see a stream of incoming calls, patients booking in at the front desk and a various paperwork requiring attention from our Care Navigators.
