We're on the lookout for a
Receptionist / Administrator
to join our busy South Liverpool branch. This is a varied role where no two days are the same , you'll be at the heart of the office, supporting both our sales and lettings teams.
What you'll be doing:
Greeting clients and answering incoming calls
Booking appointments and managing the office diary
Handling property keys and general office coordination
Supporting tenants, landlords and the team with day-to-day admin
Drafting letters, printing documents and uploading information to systems
What we're looking for:
A people person with strong communication skills
Reliable, proactive and organised
Confident using a computer and email
Previous admin or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
Someone who's eager to learn and grow with us
