As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your friendly and professional manner will create a positive first impression for visitors and clients. You will also provide vital administrative support across our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Assist the records team by making chaser calls to clients for outstanding documents or information
Undertake a variety of company secretarial administrative duties, with full training provided, including:
Forming limited companies
Adding and removing directors
Processing share transfers and allotments
Handling other related administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who is organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a proactive attitude to supporting the wider team.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Proficient in using a computer and standard office software
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
A willingness to learn and undertake additional administrative duties as needed
Salary:
The salary for this role is between
23,500 - 25,500 per annum pro-rata
, depending on experience.
