We're looking for someone who can provide a warm welcome and exceptional service to all who
visit or contact the college.
As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in representing the college. Day-to-day you'll:
respond to student, parent, employer and visitor enquiries in person, by phone and over
email, providing clear information with professionalism and approachability.support a range of administrative tasks, ensuring accurate records and efficient systems are
maintained. provide support at key events such as open evenings and enrolment days, working closely
with colleagues across College.
