Job Description

The Dolphin Hotel is a family-run business that has an amazing work ambiance, not only between its staff but also its guests. We are interested in recruiting a new member of staff to join our family!

We are looking for a part time person (minimum of 20 hours per week). The position is for evening and sleep-in shifts and includes the following duties:

- Receptionist. Includes answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and takings bookings and checking guests in for their stay. It is essential that you are friendly, welcoming and attentive to our guests as you will be the face of the hotel.

- Bar. Includes working behind our quiet bar and serving guests drinks.

- Dinning Room. Preparing the Dining Room for Breakfast.

- Miscellaneous. General hotel duties.

The most important part of this position is to look after our guests, help with their queries to ensure they have an enjoyable stay.

This shift also includes 'sleep in' (set rate per night) and requires sleeping at the hotel overnight, available to answer the phone, doorbell and respond to the fire alarm and any other guest emergencies.

The shifts rotate over seven days and will includes most weekends.
