Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 9 PM)
Location: 3 days per week at our client's offices. The remaining days, you will support our Network Team as a Corporate Mobile Receptionist

Main responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Escort guests to meeting rooms and assist with coats, luggage, and comfort
Support with bookings, guest requests, and meeting room coordination
Help set up and clear down rooms for meetings and events
Provide hospitality support, including catering and event setup
Answer phone calls and manage inboxes with clarity and confidence
Be a proactive, present member of a high-performing reception team
Adopt a flexible and adaptable approach when dealing with ad-hoc duties as required, and/or potential shift/location changes
