Dental Nurse/Receptionist
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated candidate with a proven successful history in people centred roles to work in a busy mixed NHS and Private practice which provides both orthodontic and general dental treatments. The work will therefore be exceptionally varied and interesting.
Previous experience working within a dental practice as a receptionist/nurse is essential. Specific experience in orthodontics is desirable but not essential.
Enthusiasm, excellent organisational and administration skills as well as an ability to be friendly and relate to people of all ages are essential requirements. We are committed as a practice to helping our staff develop their careers and will provide help and support for the successful candidate to gain a wide range of skills as appropriate.
The successful candidate will be able to:
Provide exceptional patient care by welcoming patients and addressing their needs at the front desk.
Assist in orthodontic and general dental procedures at the chair side, ensuring a smooth workflow and patient comfort.
Utilize strong organizational skills to manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records.
Communicate effectively with patients and staff, demonstrating proficiency in English and IT systems.
Support the dental team in delivering high-quality care through efficient administrative tasks.
Pay will be competitive and based on experience. A bonus scheme is also in place and further details will be provided during the interview stage.
Minimum days required are: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
