Our brand new, purpose-built facility situated in the beautiful village of Yarnton, Oxfordshire, provides exemplary Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 73-residents.
As Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of our care home, creating a positive environment for residents, visitors, and team members alike. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key to thriving in this role!

What You'll Do
Face-to-Face Interactions:
Greet and assist visitors and clients with a positive attitude, addressing their needs and queries as effectively as possible.
Mail Management:
Sort and distribute incoming mail efficiently, ensuring that all correspondence reaches the right hands.
Secretarial Support:
Provide essential secretarial support, including maintaining accurate records and updating resident information on a daily/weekly basis.
Organizational Tasks:
Handle general filing, record maintenance, and photocopying to keep our office operations smooth and organized.
Policy Adherence:
Work in alignment with company policies and contribute to creating a supportive and efficient work environment.
Additional Duties:
Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the manager or proprietor to support the smooth running of the care home.
