Laser Hair Removal, IV Vitamin Therapy, and Private Ultrasound Scans.

We are now recruiting a

Receptionist / Client Care Advisor

to be the welcoming face of our clinic -- someone who delivers outstanding client service while helping with the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

The Role

This is a varied, client-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a calm, professional setting with opportunities to learn and grow.

You'll manage reception duties, coordinate bookings, and support the wider team, with the chance to be

trained on our medical-grade Soprano Titanium laser

or

phlebotomy (blood collection)

if you wish to develop clinically.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and check in clients with warmth and professionalism. Manage bookings, payments, and deposits via SimplyBook.me and Stripe. Handle phone and email enquiries promptly and efficiently. Support therapists and clinicians with treatment preparation and client flow. Maintain reception and treatment areas to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation. Help with client reviews, photos, and marketing content. Optionally train to assist with laser treatments or blood collection (phlebotomy).

About You

You'll be someone who takes pride in presentation, communication, and service excellence -- and enjoys working in a team that blends healthcare standards with spa-like calm.

Essential:

Previous experience in

healthcare, beauty, aesthetics, or wellness settings.

Excellent communication and people skills. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and professionalism. Confident using booking systems, payments, and email. Willingness to learn and adapt as the clinic grows.

Desirable:

Experience operating

medical-grade laser systems (Soprano Titanium preferred)

. Phlebotomy experience or interest in training. Social media awareness or client engagement experience.
