One part-time Front Desk & Client Care Assistant

Available Shifts

We're looking for reliable and a committed person to cover the following shifts:

Monday: 1

:00pm-7:00pm

Wednesday:

8:30am-1:00pm

Thursday:

1:00pm-7:00pm

Training requirement:

In the short term, you must be available to shadow our Senior Care Advocate, Sharon, during one of her shifts (

Tuesday 8:00am-1:00pm or Wednesday 2:00pm-8:30pm

) as well as attend weekly

team training on Tuesdays 1:00pm-2:00pm.

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their visit. Our clinic specialises in neurologically-based chiropractic care and massage therapy to help clients improve their nervous system health and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations:

Manage bookings, reschedule appointments, process payments, and keep the clinic running smoothly

Client Care:

Greet clients, answer queries, and follow up with professionalism and compassion

Phone & Admin Work:

Handle calls, appointment bookings, and supportive follow-ups (not telesales)

Team Support:

Work closely with chiropractors, massage therapists, and Care Advocates

Personal Wellness:

Receive chiropractic care to better understand our clients' journey while supporting your own well-being
