An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy reception department in a successful and well-established property management and investment company. The heart of our business, our reception department, is our interface with our customers and the successful candidate can expect a busy, varied and rewarding career where no two days are the same.
The ideal candidate will have some relevant experience in a property environment, although not essential, and will have excellent communication and customer service skills.
What you'll be doing
You will assist in managing our commercial property portfolio, including chasing arrears, issuing tenancy-related correspondence, and inspecting commercial properties.
You will also be the first 'port of call' for incoming telephone calls and visitors, ensuring all incoming communication is managed professionally and appropriately and ensure that all queries are answered and dealt with.
Working as part of the reception team you will undertake appropriate operational and administration tasks required to ensure the smooth day to day running of the business, which include: dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, collection of rents and taking deposit monies, daily cash up and reconciliation and signing up new tenancies.

- Excellent organisational skills are essential to prioritise and manage a flexible workload
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A high degree of self-management, self-motivation and the ability to work both alone and as part of a team
- Excellent IT skills including use of Microsoft Office, email and databases
- The ability to be flexible, open to change and lead by example

Full time hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. Alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm.
