We are a friendly, high street law firm looking to recruit a
Receptionist & Conveyancing Administrator
to join our team in
Shirebrook
. This is a
full-time position
, ideal for someone who is well-organised and eager to support both clients and colleagues in a busy legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and on the phone
Managing reception duties, including answering calls, taking messages, and greeting visitors
Providing administrative support to the conveyancing department
Opening and closing files, preparing documents, and carrying out general office duties
Using the firm's
case management system
to update and maintain client records
Assisting with the firm's archiving system
Person Specification:
Previous experience in a legal or office environment is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident with computers and willing to learn new systems
A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
