We are looking for a professional, organised, and creative individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Digital Communications Manager. This unique role combines front-of-house responsibilities with leadership of our digital communications, ensuring a welcoming first impression for visitors and a strong, consistent online presence for our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Administration
Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, calls, and enquiries, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Manage reception duties including phones, emails, and front-desk operations.
Maintain a professional and well-presented reception and office environment.
Provide administrative support including scheduling, record keeping, and assisting with events.
Digital Communications Management
Develop, manage, and implement the organisation's digital communications strategy.
Oversee the creation and distribution of newsletters, blogs, press releases, and other written content.
Manage and grow the organisation's social media presence across relevant platforms.
Keep the website up to date with engaging, accurate, and timely content.
Design and deliver digital campaigns to promote services, events, and initiatives.
Monitor analytics, track engagement, and report on communications performance.
Ensure all communications reflect the organisation's values, voice, and brand identity.
Coordinate with internal teams to align communications with wider organisational goals.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in communications, marketing, or digital media (with reception or administrative experience an advantage).
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in digital platforms such as Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Professional front-of-house manner with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in leading communications strategy.
Creative eye for design and branding.

Pay: 24,000.00-29,000.00 per year
