We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Assist with customer queries, bookings and memberships.
Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Monitor customers in pool and gym area.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in using computerised office systems (you will receive training of club specific software)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in data entry tasks.
A friendly disposition with a customer-focused attitude is essential for this role.
