Are you looking to join an enthusiastic Reception team?

Here at Wyndham Duchally Country Estate, we are looking to hire a full-time receptionist to join our team. We are set in beautiful Perthshire and is the ideal base for short breaks and overnight stays in Scotland. Our resort comprises 55 Self-Catering Lodges, 9 Hotel Rooms and a range of onsite facilities nestled within 27 acres of parkland.

What are some of the key tasks in the role?

Greet every guest with a genuine warm welcome. Check in guests in an efficient and friendly manner. Directing the guests to the correct room/lodge and providing information on our resort facilities. Check out guests at end of stay. Settle any remaining balance by cash or card transaction. Be fully trained in reservations to be able to create and manage all bookings across the resort including accommodation and dining. Handles all guest interactions including phone calls, emails, and in person, with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. Utilise a variety of computer systems including Opera Cloud and Microsoft.
You'll work varied shift patterns, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Skills and Abilities:

Previous customer service or reception experience will be beneficial Excellent Communications skills, both oral and written Professionally presented Strong IT skills Drivers License preferred

Salary:

The wage is comprising of a base hourly rate of 12.74, plus the opportunity to earn upwards of 750.00 in gratuities and Service Charge. As a member of the Wyndham Duchally team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.
