Are you an experienced Receptionist who is immediately available and keen to work with a local charitable organisation?
What\'s in it for you?
- Salary - \xc2\xa310.50 - \xc2\xa311.00 ph
- Initial interim contract
- No weekends
- 35 hours
The main purpose of this role is to provide a prompt, efficient and helpful reception service (telephone and face to face) to the staff and visitors by creating a warm and welcoming environment. The post holder will be the first point of contact.
About you
- Previous front of house reception experience
- Ability to keep records
- Competent using Microsoft Office applications
- Experience of providing good customer service
- To act as first point of contact, greeting visitors and staff
- Carry out day to day reception duties
- Booking in customers
- System maintenance
- Other ad hoc duties when required
