The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and transfer phone calls in a professional manner
- Support team providing an efficient and professional administrative service, predominantly to our litigation department but also across other departments during peak times and to cover absences.
- Maintain office supplies and keep the reception area tidy
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
-Maintain day to day chaps entries and assist accountant with incoming and outgoing funds.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Experience:
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with computerised systems for managing appointments and records
