We have an exciting opportunity for a warm and professional individual to join our established team at Immaculate Makeup, a growing and reputable clinic based in Orrell Park, Liverpool.

We are seeking a mature, reliable, and highly organised receptionist who understands the importance of first impressions, values exceptional service, and can thrive in a client-focused environment.

About You



We're looking for someone who is:

Well-presented, with immaculate personal hygiene Warm, friendly, and approachable Professional and polished under pressure Creative and confident in their problem-solving Social media-savvy and comfortable creating behind-the-scenes content to reflect our brand tone and promote services Accommodating, flexible, and eager to support the team Able to uphold our clinic standards and values at all times

Role Details



Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week, with potential for flexibility depending on business needs.

Monday: 8:00am - 2:00pm Tuesday: 8:00am - 3:00pm Thursday: 8:00am - 3:00pm

Pay:



Weekly pay - 12.21 per hour Company benefits included Paid holidays Maximum contributory pension scheme

Requirements



Strong communication and interpersonal skills High cleaning and hygiene standards Excellent attention to detail Experience with Ovatu booking system (preferred, training can be provided) Confident using social media Comfortable using Google systems (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Key Responsibilities



Cleaning and setting up the clinic for technicians Greeting and assisting clients in a warm and professional manner Managing bookings via

Ovatu

(training provided if needed) Maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area Supporting daily clinic operations and staff needs Creating engaging social media content (e.g. stories, reels, updates) Handling client enquiries via phone, email, social media and in-person Personal Assistant duties for Lydia
