Job Description

We're looking for a confident, warm and engaging individual to become the face of our joinery workshop and design studio.

This role goes far beyond answering phones. You'll be the first person our high-net-worth clients meet when they walk through the door, the voice they hear on the phone, and a key part of how our brand is experienced day-to-day.

You'll also work closely with the company founder as a PA, help manage PR and brand presence, and support the research and booking of guests for our podcast.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming clients to our workshop with professionalism, warmth and personality Managing calls, emails and general front-of-house administration Acting as PA to the founder: diary management, scheduling, coordination Supporting company PR: liaising with collaborators, suppliers and media contacts Researching, contacting and booking guests for our podcast Helping present a polished, creative and premium brand image at all times Keeping the studio organised, calm and welcoming
Who we're looking for

Naturally personable, confident and emotionally intelligent Someone people are drawn to -- friendly, engaging and professional Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks Great written and verbal communication skills An interest in design, craft, media, branding or creative businesses is a big plus Comfortable dealing with high-net-worth clients and senior professionals

Pay: 25,000.00-36,000.00 per year
