We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist for Monday to Friday Afternoons only to join our team based in Royal Wootton Bassett. This role is customer facing on our front desk to provide excellent service for our visitors and clients whilst generally supporting staff internally.
Responsibilities
Welcome visitors ensuring a positive first impression
Answer overflow phone calls with professionalism
Manage appointments for staff and meeting rooms
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and post
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and welcoming condition
Assist with administrative duties such as filing and photocopying
Support departments with tasks as required
Key skills required for this role:
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Clear phone etiquette with the ability to communicate professionally
The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Excellent presentation and client facing manner
Experience:
Previous experience as a legal receptionist or as a receptionist in an alternative professional office environment is desired
