Patient Co Ordinator: New Life Teeth Belfast

Essential Criteria:

Proven work experience as a Patient Coordinator or similar role within dentistry/dental field. Superb verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff. Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Excellent customer service skills to provide ongoing support for patients and their families.
Responsibilities include:

Replying to patient enquires via email and phone. Supporting the clinical team. Supporting Front of House team and Treatment Coordinators. Communicating effectively & efficiently with existing patients. Providing support to patients throughout their patient journey. Managing diary appointments and treatment plans. General administrative duties. Dealing with post and deliveries. Dealing with lab work. Building and maintaining strong relationships with local practices and GDP referrers.

Immediate start available


Starting salary: 13.50ph - upwards (depending on experience and qualifications)
