We are looking to appoint a confident, well-presented Showroom Host/Receptionist. You will be the face of our dealership responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, adhering to Porsche standards, and ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and delightful customer journey.
First impressions count, so a warm cheerful demeanour with a flexible can-do attitude is essential. You will be able to proactively manage our customers' expectations as well as meeting their needs throughout their visit and over the phone swiftly building genuine rapport along the way.
Working as a Showroom Host in the car industry is an exciting fast-paced job where no two days are the same. You will engage with a diverse range of customers, each with unique expectations and requirements, ensuring a welcoming and exceptional experience for all.
Please note, this is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
Job Opportunity
Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, delivering a warm, professional welcome in line with the Porsche brand.
Direct customers appropriately and support both sales and aftersales teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
Handle enquiries confidently, providing accurate information and clear communication at all times.
Maintain a pristine showroom environment, ensuring displays and communal areas reflect Porsche standards.
Provide exceptional hospitality, including refreshments and a comfortable waiting area, to enhance the customer experience.
Support customer events as needed, assisting with planning and coordination.
Carry out administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence.
Uphold a polished appearance, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Essential Skills
Experience of working in a retail or hospitality environment in a customer facing role for at least one year
Confident, professional, smart in appearance
Basic IT and computer systems experience would be beneficial to this role.
