The Role




Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with all necessary information about our park facilities, amenities, and activities. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and solutions to enhance their experience. Act as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering recommendations and guidance on local attractions, restaurants, and events. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and issues with empathy and attentiveness, striving to resolve them to the guest's satisfaction. Handling reservations in a busy call centre environment. Taking bookings in reception or via the phone. Operating numerous software booking systems. Collaborate closely with other departments, such as accommodation and maintenance, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to guests. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our park offerings, including accommodation options, amenities, and recreational activities. Proactively identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations and create memorable moments during their stay. Continuously update and maintain guest records and information in our reservation system accurately. Uphold and promote our company values, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and team members. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Reviewing online bookings Booking guests on to our activities.




Well provide full training and support, but heres what were looking for:


Experience within a similar role Flexibility with ability to work weekends/evenings Excellent customer service and IT skills
