Main Tasks
Answering telephone & directing calls
Check in & check out guests, providing guest with information on hotel services
Deal with queries from customers & general public
Taking bookings for accommodation reservations & F&B bookings
Dealing with payments, processing end of shift accurately
Assist with bar and waiting duties
Liase with all other departments
Previous hotel experience is required
Excellent level of written and spoken English is essential
Ability to work early, late and weekend shifts
Basic computer skills is required
This is a job for a people person, someone who enjoys working with a team in a fast paced environment. Training and coach will be given however a potential candidate must have previous experience in a front of house position.
You must be dependable with a positive attitude and ensure all guest have an enjoyable experience with us.
Good organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet are an expectation for this role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.75-13.60 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
