Receptionist & Social Media Content Creator - Be the Heart of Our Practice!

About the Role

This is not your average receptionist job! We are looking for someone who thrives on personal interaction, understands the importance of exceptional communication, and can make every patient feel valued from the moment they step through our doors.

Your role is twofold:

First and foremost, you are our patients' first point of contact. Your warmth, attentiveness, and ability to build genuine relationships will set the tone for their entire experience. You'll be there to reassure, support, and make them feel truly cared for.

Secondly, you will capture and share our patients' amazing smile transformations. Using your creativity and social media skills, you will document their journey, creating engaging video content that highlights the life-changing work we do.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Touch: You'll provide an exceptional patient experience, ensuring they feel comfortable, understood, and excited about their journey with us. Storytelling Through Content: Using video and social media, you'll document and share patients' experiences, bringing our brand to life. Social Media Management: Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content that reflects our practice's values and attracts new patients. Team Player: Work closely with our practice manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Passion for content creation and social media - you enjoy capturing moments, storytelling through video, and engaging with audiences online.

Proactive and resourceful - you take initiative, think on your feet, and are always looking for ways to improve patient experience.

Basic videography and editing skills (or a strong desire to learn!).

Pay: 26,000.00-33,000.00 per year
