Mon-Thu 08:45-16:30, Fri 08:45-16:00 (30-min unpaid lunch) week about

We're looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Fraserburgh site, working week about on a rota with the front-of-house team.

About the role

Operate the main switchboard (training provided), allocating calls quickly and accurately Screen unsolicited sales/marketing and repeat supplier calls Welcome visitors, clients and contractors; manage sign-in and follow site H&S rules Provide admin support: mail handling, updating records, filing, and general office tasks

What you'll bring

Warm, confident telephone manner and great people skills

Organised, calm under pressure, with a can-do approach

Comfortable with Outlook/Word and quick to learn new systems
