Thamesfield Retirement Village, based in Henley-on-Thames is looking for a Receptionist to work 9am - 3pm on Saturday & Sunday each week.
As a Receptionist at Thamesfield Village, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, their families, and visitors. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring everyone feels welcome, valued, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting visitors and residents with a warm smile and friendly demeanour Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members Providing assistance and information to residents and their families Assisting with administrative tasks such as managing schedules and appointments Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
What We're Looking For:
A warm and welcoming personality with a genuine passion for helping others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus Empathy, patience, and a dedication to making a difference in the lives of seniors
