The London Chiropractic Clinic is a well-established, independent chiropractic practice committed to providing exceptional patient care. We are seeking a professional, personable, and highly organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You must be highly adaptable, well-presented, and confident in handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional customer service skills and strong attention to detail are essential.
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a 4/5-star hotel reception, high-end customer service, private dental reception or PA roles.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism
Managing phone calls and responding to emails efficiently
Processing payments and handling financial transactions
Diary and appointment management
General administrative tasks and database management
Supporting clinic promotions and patient engagement initiatives
Working Hours
This is a part-time, office-based role (20 hours per week). Candidates must be flexible with early starts and late finishes and available to cover holidays and sickness when required.
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Candidate Requirements
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport in person and over the phone
Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable with strong administrative capabilities
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident with IT systems
Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
Ability to thrive in a busy and dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Previous high-end reception/customer service experience preferred (e.g., hospitality, healthcare, or corporate environments)
Passion for health and well-being is an advantage
Degree-level education is preferred but not essential
