We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Helens Bay, Bangor Northern Ireland. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our patients receive outstanding service, hospitality and support throughout their dental experience, contributing to our commitment to quality care.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage patient appointments and maintain an organized schedule.
Provide information about dental procedures and services to patients.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.
Support the overall efficiency of the dental practice.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a hospitality role or healthcare setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in using office software and scheduling tools.
