Holley Autobodies are a busy leading Automotive Accident Repair and Service Centre offering excellent working conditions, in the county town of Taunton, Somerset. We are enthusiastic about delivering quality repairs and achieving first classes customer service.
We are looking for a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as a receptionist / customer service advisor.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with exceptional service and support
Key responsibilities
Greet customers warmly, manage front desk operations, assist customers with booking appointments, and provide updates on their vehicle repairs.
Key market responsibilities
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and harmony with all, to reflect wellbeing and support our environmental ethos.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong typing and data entry skills
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
Prior administrative and office experience
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
