Through Its thirty- one maintenance teams, Countrywide South Wales employs over sixty grounds maintenance operatives who service over 5,000 sites throughout our region.

Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and assisting with general enquiries.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
Assist with annual company reviews
Assist with Human Resources
Liaising with suppliers and contractors
Assist team with general administration tasks
Essential
Skills:
Experience of working in an office environment
Experience of working with Excel and other Microsoft packages including Outlook or similar
Good communication skills
Courteous and professional telephone manner
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent time keeping skills and a flexible attitude to the working day
