Position:
Immediate start - Reports to Manager
Job Objective:
To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers
Essential requirements:
You must:
have proof of right to work in the UK, able to converse in English, have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, flexibility to work
Be flexible for early and late shifts
Main responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail with guests, colleagues, housekeeping, managers.
Deal with check-ins, check-outs, collecting payments and keeping records of transactions in the system.
Fulfil all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety
Must have multi tasking skills to be ready to help in any department.
Miscellaneous duties as required as blow or which will be discussed if/when they arise.
Preferences:
A background in hospitality industry and customer service will be preferred for the role. Also, any candidate with basic knowledge of Guestline/ Rezlynx, Opera or any property management system (PMS).
Training:
Full basic-training will be provided to meet the requirements of role.
