Production Operative - Food Manufacturing
Location: Winchester | Pay Rate: 12.50 per hour | Full-Time, Immediate Start
We're currently recruiting
reliable and motivated Production Operatives
to join a well-establishedfood production facility
inWinchester
. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with prior experience in a food manufacturing environment who are ready to hit the ground running.Key Responsibilities:
Work flexibly across production areas including
packing, stirring, and hygiene tasks
Maintain highfood safety and cleanliness standards
Support thesmooth operation of production lines
Operate equipment safely (forklift experience isdesirable
, but not essential) Assist with other production tasks as required? Requirements:
Previous experience in food production
(essential) High attention to hygiene, detail, and safety Ability to multitask and adapt to different duties quickly Good communication and teamwork skillsHours & Pay:
Shifts start between 06:00 - 10:00
Two breaks per shift:15 minutes (paid) and 30 minutes (unpaid)
12.50 per hour
