Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and organised person to join our front of house team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient journey, ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers and welcoming the patients into the practice when they visit. This position requires a strong focus on telephone administration, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

For this role, the general requirements are:



Providing excellent patient care Ensuring all patients have an outstanding experience Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) Reliable, flexible, trustworthy and a team player The applicant should be proactive with drive and commitment to achieve the desired goals of the practice An ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities



Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Communicate effectively with guests to address enquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about services. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations across departments. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk area and lobby. Handle administrative tasks such as managing bookings, processing payments, and maintaining IT systems. Provide patient care support when required, ensuring guests feel comfortable and attended to during their stay.

Requirements



Previous experience in an office environment is essential; experience in a healthcare or sales setting is advantageous. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Proficient in using office software and electronic health record systems. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A compassionate approach towards patients, demonstrating empathy and understanding at all times.
